Candidates for Legislative Speaker should have integrity, says an aspirant

One of the competitors in the Equatorian race for national parliamentary speaker says integrity should be a precondition for selecting the speaker.
 
Speaking to Bakhita Radio ‘Wake up Juba’ programme, Dr Luka Tombekana Monoja says the candidate to the position should be elected based on merit.
 
Tombekana urges the competitors to demonstrate pride to the public.
 
The position of Speaker of the Transitional National Assembly is given to Equatoria region as per the August 2015 peace agreement.
 
Others competing for the post include Dr David Mayo, Dr Betty Achan Ogwaro and Dr Anthony Lino Makana.
