Two people admitted to Torit Hospital after sustaining injuries in Friday’s road attacks on Torit-Kapoeta highway, have died.
The Hospital Administrator Abowch James reveals to Radio Emmanuel that one person injured in the same attack is improving.
He says the wounded patient was referred to Juba for further treatment.
At least five people were killed on the spot and others injured in two separate attacks on Friday, along Torit-Kapoeta road, in Eastern Equatoria state.
The death of the two at Torit Hospital raises the toll in the Friday attacks to seven.
One attack occurred at 5:00PM, near Idolu Bridge, while the other at 8:00PM on travelers carrying animals, from Kapoeta to Juba.
