Community Empowerment organization trains citizens on ‘conflict sensitivity’

Community Empowerment for Rehabilitation and Development organization is training over 30 citizens from Yei, Lainya, Morobo and Kajo-Keji Counties on conflict sensitivity.
 
The training helps development actors learn and put into practice the skills in their work places, says Mawa George Lazarus, Executive Director of the Organization, Radio Easter reported.
 
More still needs to be done in peace building after signing of the peace agreement, stresses African Centre for Constructive Resolution of Disputes, Program Officer, Emile Yanaki Taban.
 
The three-day training is expected to conclude on Thursday.
 
A similar course is expected in Torit, Eastern Equatoria State, Yanaki revealed.
 
Community Empowerment for Rehabilitation and Development organized the training with funds from ACCORD.
