Lack of policy guideline for activities in vocational training centres in South Sudan is a challenge, says Ministry of Labour, Policy Planning official.
Reverend Ben Waigo says it is difficult for the Ministry of Labour to condemn any wrong activities committed by training organisations of lack of policy, Radio Easter reports.
Waigo was speaking during the graduation of 128 South Sudanese at Yei Vocational Skills Training Centre.
The national council of ministers is still processing the policy on vocational training, says Reverend Waigo.
Waigo says lack of national examination council has also restricted efforts to examine five vocational training centres across the country.
