Solidarity South Sudan conducts healing trauma training

A charity organization, Solidarity working in South Sudan is training people how to heal from trauma or mental disturbance.
 
The training is part of psycho-social support at Yei Diocesan Counselling Centre in Christ the King Parish, Radio Easter reports.
 
Sr Barbra Polygene, a facilitator says the workshop aims at preparing the Diocesan Counselling Centre to help heal trauma in different communities of South Sudan.
 
She encourages South Sudanese to stop revenge and violence mentality for peaceful living.
 
Use your energy for making peace, be gentle among yourselves, Sr Barbra urges South Sudanese.
 
She says headache and stomach ache are recurring stress of trauma.
 
Sr Barbra urges people to learn to manage anger with courage for peace instead of revenge practices.
