Central Equatoria State fact-finding committee assessed Wonduruba Payam following skirmishes that forced eleven thousand and forty-four people to neighboring Lainya County.
The committee team leader, State Security Advisor Brigadier Abraham Wani Yoane says they found no civilians only soldiers in Mankaro, Mengele and Katigiri where the conflict started, Radio Easter reported.
