Central Equatoria State Caretaker Governor on Wednesday issued a number of gubernatorial decrees effecting changes by relieving his deputy Manasseh Lomole Waya and replaced him with the former Information minister and government spokesperson Suba Samuel Manasseh.
Juma Ali Malou in a decree broadcasted over South Sudan Television on Wednesday, appointed Emmanuel Adel Anthony minister for Information, Broadcasting and Tourism and relived Gender and Social Development minister Mary Apayi Ayigga and reappointed her Morobo County Commissioner.
Another decree relieved Jacob Gore Samuel and appointed Yassir Moro Kenyi Terekeka Commissioner, the same decree also replaced Huda Micah Laila with Augustino Kiri Gwolo as Lainya County Commissioner.
Governor Malou’s decree replaced Yei Commissioner Cosmas Bidali with Samuel Henry Mualimu and maintained Commissioners of Kajo-Keji Henry Kala Sabuni and of Juba Stephen Wani Michael.
