Sudan University of Science and Technology extended its application to Western Bahr El Ghazal government to allocate a piece of land to construct University campus.
University Project Coordinator John Elario Dadum disclosed to the press on Monday in Wau that they officially presented their request to the state to give them a piece of land to enable them establish the University in Wau, Radio Voice of Hope reported.
He expressed optimism that state authorities would agree to the project for the benefit of the next generations of Western Bahr El Ghazal State and South Sudan.
Mr Elario points out that Sudan University of Science and Technology managed to bring services to East African communities in term of technology.
The Coordinator assures that if Western Bahr El Ghazal authorities approved the project it would boost technology in South Sudan.
