The chairperson for persons with disabilities in Yei Municipality says the most vulnerable are his fellow disabled people compared to orphans.
Apayi Zabibu in his closing remarks during the community based rehabilitation workers empowerment training, says persons with disabilities should be a priority to become self-reliant, Radio Easter reported.
She calls for livelihood activities like vocational programs for persons with disabilities to get practical skills for work.
The five-day training brought together participants from Yei, Lainya and Morobo Counties.
