Chamber of Commerce encourages women to push for more business trainings

National Chamber of Commerce Secretary-General is encouraging women to push for more trainings to manage business, suggesting creation of women’s fund to facilitate loans and other requirements for their businesses.
 
Simon Deng Akuei describes the Chamber of Women Entrepreneurs training as a good initiative, appreciating partners and donors for facilitating the workshop.
 
He stresses the need to support widows and vulnerable women affected by the long war in South Sudan, encouraging the trainees to write business proposals and submit them to the World Bank for grants.
 
Abongonikin Women’s Association Chairlady Joyce Akujo Soro advices women to be creative in business not to only depend on NGOs to avoid the industry from collapsing.
