Lakes State Governor issued an order directing the ministry of Public Service Labour and Human Resource Development to cancel the committee for payment of salaries.
The Director-General in the ministry Isaac Chol Dut told Radio Good News on Monday that the minister told him to announce the cancellation exercise until further notice due to numerous problems affecting the state.
Last week, Lakes government employees anticipated to receive their April salaries through payroll screening committee.
