Yabongo Girls’ Primary School Headmistress in Yambio urged the Local Government to sympathize with teachers when one of their members pass away to motivate the spirit of togetherness in a miserable situation.
Ernesta Nako Gasi said her administration was not happy when the school misses a teacher and the County Education Department instructed them to continue teaching, Radio Anisa reported.
She mentioned similar incident happened before she took office which forced teachers and pupils to mourn with tears in the school compound.
Ms Nako lamented that the instruction demoralized some teachers and indicated that they have no value.
