Fire outbreak without established origin has left three shops burnt down to ashes in Yei River County Dar salaam Market on Saturday dawn.
Shop owner Jackson Lemi told Radio Easter that he saw his shop set ablaze at 2:30 AM.
He revealed heart breaking losses of items worth hundreds of thousands South Sudanese Pounds.
Yei Fire Brigade Director Joseph Laku decried lack of fire extinguishing trucks to save situations of the kind.
He used the opportunity to appeal for fire extinguishing trucks from the state government to prevent future losses.
Police authorities are reportedly still investigating the cause of the fire outbreak.
Records indicate that the latest fire outbreak in Yei is the fourth incident since the beginning of this year 2015.
