Yei River County Commissioner of Central Equatoria State while addressing a public rally in Otogo Payam on Wednesday during the visit of Vice President James Wani Igga, declared that the county has no opposition forces or military training centres to fight against the government.
Bidali Cosmas Wöri-Köjö said people of Yei stand for peace, commending citizens for remaining committed in supporting the government since the liberation struggle, Radio Easter reported.
He lamented that the people of Yei were neglected in service delivery despite their commitment in the liberation struggle.
Commissioner Cosmas called for equal distribution of services to historic places.
