Aid agencies call for 600 million Dollars by February

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs or OCHA said in its report that aid agencies called for 600 million US Dollars by February.
 
The Office explained that the money would allow humanitarian aid organizations to take advantage of the dry season and plan to reach more people with assistance in 2015.
 
It said UN Deputy Humanitarian Chief asked for peace, scaling up of aid after a three-day mission to South Sudan.
 
OCHA reported that South Sudan Crisis Response Plan needs continued support to sustain the aid operation.
 
The Office disclosed that relative calm returned in Malakal protection of civilian site in Upper Nile State after a chaotic month.
