Drivers’ Union Acting Head in Yei River County of Central Equatoria State said scarcity of public transport due to fuel shortage in Juba is causing congestion.
Batali Isaac Bigo told Radio Easter that they were experiencing high pressure on transport as students return for holidays to their various places at fuel crisis’ time.
He added that they coordinated with Juba Head Office to send more mini buses to Yei because no cars are travelling from Juba.
The Acting Union Head urged drivers not to over speed to avoid accidents.
