Tombura-Yambio Catholic Bishop while presiding over the feast of Christ the King at St Mary Parish in Yambio on Sunday, urged Christians to be strong in their faith not to be defeated by imaginary revolution.
Bishop Barani Edwardo Hiiboro Kussala called on all Catholics to pray for those converted to other faiths for earthly things or money, Anisa Radio reported.
He urged Catholic Church deserters not to abuse their original mother, but go peacefully, adding that Catholic Church can neither buy nor offer a gift to anyone to join the faith.
Bishop Hiiboro called upon Christians to pray and live good life in the society and not to be deceived.
He advised the faithful to evaluate their previous lives as they end the liturgical calendar of ordinary time to improve the positive life and challenges they met.
The Bishop urged Christians to pray for peace in South Sudan and protect the country.
The Catholic prelate on the same occasion confirmed 250 people, commissioned Small Christian Community and presided over the commitment of 321 Catholic Action Group.
