A supporting partner known as MISEREOR Head of Department for Africa and Middle East on Thursday visited Anisa Radio station in Yambio to assess staff and station performance.
Barbara Schirmel who offered Catholic Diocese of Tombura-Yambio Anisa Radio and Riimenze Parish fund for women adult learning program said she came for assessment; pledging capacity building for Anisa Radio staff.
Anisa Radio Director Fr Ignatius Mborihenga welcomed the visit with appreciation to MISEREOR for funding the station establishment.
He enumerated several challenges facing Anisa Radio including lack of public electricity, fuel reservoir, accommodation and training hall for staff.
