Sudan warring parties say on right track to equal citizenship

SPLM-North Chief Negotiator said they were ready and committed to settle political differences with the Sudan government to pave way for Sudanese equal citizenship, social justice and democracy.
 
Yasser Saied Arman said he was very optimistic that there was chance to end war all over Sudan to begin national reconstruction as the right track, Voice of Peace reported.
 
Sudanese Presidential Assistant and NCP Negotiator Ibrahim Ghandour said Khartoum was ready to end war on South Kordofan and Darfur regions to end misery of Sudanese.
 
He added that Sudan government remains committed to stop media harassments.
 
African Union High-Level Implementation Panel Chair Thabo Mbeki said Sudan peace talks adjourned recently were positive.
 
He appreciated the logic of not setting deadlines for peace settlement.
 
Former South African President Mbeki said Khartoum and SPLM-North parties were close to peace agreement.
