National Telecommunication Ministry Undersecretary called on young people to engage in Information and Communication Technology or ICT to become careers’ dynamics.
Juma Stephen Luga revealed that it is their policy to improve youth careers in South Sudan, Radio Bakhita reported.
Engineer Luga said government is looking forward to ensure that South Sudanese youths participate in international conferences.
National Telecommunication Ministry Undersecretary was speaking during the first South Sudan ICT pre-conference for development on Friday in Juba.
