National Education Officers on Wednesday visited Yambio to mobilize Western Equatoria people to support the draft Inclusive Education Policy to be implemented in 2015 after policy makers’ approval.
Inclusive Education Technical Committee chairman Rev Peter Adum Deng said the Policy would protect all children’s right to education in South Sudan, Anisa Radio reported.
Light for the World South Sudan Program Manager Toyin Aderemi urged the communities to support all children with disabilities to learn because they can do well at school as any other kids.
She said the policy is to provide guidelines to ensure all children including those with disabilities have equal access to education.
