Eastern Equatoria Acting Education Minister blamed State Professional Teachers Union for addressing Specialized Committee of Education in the Legislative Assembly instead of the ministry.
Responding to a threatening letter by the Union to lay down tools over unpaid allowances, Mark Akio criticized the Union chairperson of failed to follow the right procedures, Radio Emmanuel reported.
The Acting Minister expressed surprise for the Union to threaten putting down tools before agreeing with state Education authorities.
