Western Bahr El Ghazal Gender Director in Education ministry, urged parents to take full responsibility of their children and make good use of the cash transfer for supporting girls at school.
Ann Daniel Ali said parents and teachers are responsible to control children in order to be good leaders in future, adding that parents play greater roll at home, Voice of Hope reported.
She said most parents are busy with their daily businesses and pay little attention to their children, believing that teachers do everything for their kids at school.
Ms Daniel urged mothers to be friends to their daughters by telling them the changes that would happen in their bodies and how to manage them as they reach adolescent age.
The Director called upon parents to send their children to schools especially girls.
