Health expert says citizens die due to poor eating habit

A health expert in Yei River County on Saturday during health and self empowerment training said many people are dying because of ignorance of poor eating habit.
 
Bright Future SUMA International trainer Lutaya Samuel called on citizens to value body check up before taking medicine to avoid treating deficiency, Radio Easter reported.
 
He called on citizens to eat more vegetables and fruits including yams, pumpkin, bananas while reducing eating too much acidic ones.
 
Mr Lutaya appealed to idle citizens to join the free employment opportunities the company has to deliver sufficient and quality health services.
 
Radio Easter journalist witnessed a good turn up of citizens for the one-day training on health and self empowerment with immediate general check ups at Yei Youths’ Gardens on Saturday.
