Western Bahr El Ghazal State Statistics Bureau is launching a reproductive health service survey in selected health facilities in Raja and Wau County.
The Bureau Director Pons Ukol Pons told Voice of Hope on Wednesday that the survey is conducted by National Bureau of Statistics in collaboration with United Nations Population Fund or UNFPA.
He said the survey aims to improve reproductive health services at primary health care centers and introduction of modern contraceptives methods in all facilities.
Mr Ukol revealed that the one-week survey would be conducted in seven health facilities in Wau, Raja and Dem Zubeir.
Mr Ukol disclosed that National Bureau of Statistics has four branch offices in Wau, Malakal, Rumbek and Juba working in the field of consumer’s price index and high frequency survey.
