Central Equatoria Local Government Minister on Sunday instructed Yei Municipal Councillors to make laws to punish contaminators of sanitation and marungi drug consumers.
Francis Gerard made the call in a public rally at Yei Freedom Square, marking a campaign for clean municipality free from drug consumption, Easter Radio reported.
He told councillors to act fast and enforcing agents to implement legislations on sanitation care and drug free society.
The Minister urged councillors to collaborate with elderly opinion leaders to formulate laws to limit age for discos dancers with clear prescription of penalties for violators.
Minister Gerald also called on Yei legislative bodies to formulate laws against prostitution and other forms of children sexual exploitation.
