Yambio County Education Department in Western Equatoria on Monday started mock exams for primary eight students.
Education Director Jeremiah Ismail told Anisa Radio that 810 candidates from 21 Primary Schools are undergoing the two-day mock exams.
Mr Ismail said students who completely would fail the mock would not be allowed to sit for 2014/2015 Primary Leaving Certificate Exams.
Chief Invigilator George Hakim appreciated students’ confidence on the exams as they prepare for their Primary Leaving Certificate one.
Another invigilator, Bashir Ahmed said wrong setting of exams could confuse the candidates leading to their failure.
