Yei Catholic Diocese Vicar General condemned the killing of innocent civilians.
Fr Zachariah Angutuwa Sebit in his homily during the Eucharistic celebration of the Assumption Day at Christ the King Cathedral on Friday, appealed for dialogue pursuit, Easter Radio reported.
He encouraged citizens to participate in resolving the crisis rather than watching without action.
The Assumption feast which started with a procession from Yei Freedom Square to the Cathedral brought together many Christians including Vice President James Wani Igga and other government officials.
