Theology conference starts in Yei

A two-day transformation conference organized by Impact South Sudan in partnership with South Sudan Evangelical Mission Network or SEM-NET on ‘theology of work’ started in Yei on Thursday.

 

South Sudan Evangelical Mission Network Pastor Stanley Lo-Nathan said the conference was to equip Christians on the Bible based on theology and ethics to guide them in their work places, Easter Radio reported.

 

Impact South Sudan Representative Eric Musee called on South Sudan Christians and non-Christians to work hard for the development of the nation.

 

He said SEM-NET and Impact South Sudan in collaboration with churches raised funds for the conference.

 

The two-day conference that targeted pastors, professionals, women and youth, business, Christians from different churches, NGOs, political, community and civic leaders is expected to conclude on Friday.
