A grenade explosion at Anita Lodge on Tuesday afternoon left two people dead on the spot and three others injured in Yei Municipality.
A health official said the dead bodies were transferred to Yei Civil Hospital mortuary while the injured ones admitted to the hospital were one woman and two men, Easter Radio reported.
Acting Police Director first lieutenant James Felix Modi said three people were arrested at the incident point.
He added that they are investigating the cause of the incident.
