St Mary Yambio Catholic Parish Priest urged state and national Members of the Parliament to educate people on federal system of governance currently causing debate in South Sudan.

Fr Peter Muidie on Sunday said South Sudanese should stop killing themselves for no reason, Anisa Radio reported.

He was referring to the two gentlemen killed earlier this month in Maridi County for discussing federal system of governance.

Fr Muidie appealed to MPs to speak out for the people who elected them and take a leading role in educating the general public on federalism.

The Parish Priest appealed to SPLA soldiers to use their guns for enemies not against their own people.
