Conflict analysis and resolution training workshop started on Thursday in Tonj South County of Warrap State.
Pack Organisation Peace Conciliator Emmanuel Monychol said the workshop that brought together 30 participants from Tonj South and East Counties would look at conflict intensifiers and get tools for resolution, Don Bosco Radio reported.
Mr Monychol said he would conduct two trainings: one for conflict analysis and another for conflict resolution between July 17 and 20, targeting chiefs, Payam administrators, youths and women leaders in Tonj South.
The Conciliator called on citizens to analyse and deal with conflict before taking action contrary to the law.
Mr Monychol urged Greater Tonj community and other participants to work for peace and reconciliation to realize development in the country.
