Morobo County of Central Equatoria State launched a new radio station and a hospital on Friday.
County Commissioner Moses Simon Soro said the radio station eases communication and information transfer as the hospital improves basic health services for citizens, Easter Radio reported.
He said Morobo radio would not be used for speculating false propaganda, but for strengthening national development.
Mr Simon admitted that his government still has a lot to do including setting up a management committee and a board of directors to oversee establishments.
He revealed a plan for hospital cost sharing to raise money for maintenance and recruiting qualified doctors and nurses.
