St Mary Yambio Catholic Parish Priest on Friday urged members of the charismatic lay group to pray for God’s power to enable them carry on evangelization work.
Fr Peter Moudie while opening two-day workshop on Charismatic renewal, urged the group to seek God’s power to strengthen them pray for others, Anisa Radio reported.
He advised all devoted group members to love their parish for the betterment and development of the church.
St Mary Charismatic Chairperson Justin Ngari said the 245 charismatic members fasted and prayed for peace at Makpara for two days.
Mr Ngari encouraged his colleagues to be committed, calling on those falling aside to return to do the work of God.
Today Tombura-Yambio Catholic Bishop Eduardo Hiiboro Kussala is presiding over Pentecost’ s Eucharistic celebration together with all Charismatic members from the central deaconry at St Mary Parrish.
