Refugees shortage of land, seeds

Refugees in Central Equatoria are facing shortage of agricultural land, seeds and tools to cultivate adequate food for their livelihood.
 
State Refugees’ Assistant Commissioner Ndole Ndoromo Kumama said in Yei communities do not give enough land for refugees to farm, Easter Radio reported.
 
Mr Ndoromo revealed that the state is hosting 17, 659 refugees: 2,505 in Gorom, 5,769 in Juba and 7,202 in Lasu camps.
 
He commended the government and other partners for supporting citizens.
