National Agriculture Minister told the Catholic University of South Sudan graduation on Saturday that the country needs highly qualified technicians to implement agricultural programs.
Beda Machar Deng advised graduates to utilize the knowledge they gained from the University to realize development, Bakhita Radio reported.
He urged graduates to support development projects.
Mr Machar hailed the Catholic University of South Sudan for establishing Wau campus with the faculty of Agriculture and Environment Sciences.
He added that Information Communication Technology or ICT is very important for students to carry out modern activities.
Minister Machar welcomed the graduates to join state and national governments.
