Security organs arrested two young men and two pupils at 4:00 AM on Friday morning at corners of Kinji Primary School and Kaya road.
An anonymous security officer said they arrested the pupils talking under mango trees, Easter Radio reported.
One of the victims claimed that they were just passing time talking to their friends on telephones.
Yei Mayoress Cecilia Oba Tito lamented that the future of the young generation would be doom with such behaviours.
She appealed to parents to take care of their children to avoid harmful risk.
Medical report indicated that HIV AIDS is increasing in Yei due to immoral behaviours.
