The Auxiliary Bishop of the Catholic Archdiocese of Juba urged Christians in South Sudan to care for one another to receive heavenly blessings.
Bishop Santo Loku Pio told the congregation at St Charles Lwanga Chapel on Sunday in Juba that Christians need to ask God to strengthen their faith, Bakhita Radio reported.
He added that Christian must care for one another the same way God cares for his people.
The Auxiliary Bishop said after five weeks of the resurrection of Jesus Christ, Christians should be able to demonstrate the life of resurrection to each other.
Bishop Loku said it is only through love and care for one another that resources could be distributed equally.
He urged Christian to handle the vocation given by God with care.
Bishop Loku called on Christians to emulate the example of Jesus Christ who cares for all humanity.
