Lack of books for South Sudan syllabus challenges teachers

Tonj Technical Secondary School Director in Warrap State said getting books for teaching South Sudan education syllabus has remained a crest of mountain block to overcome.
 
Kamic Deng Mayen on Monday said after the first term exams they would start teaching new syllabus of South Sudan, but where to get the text materials still beats their understanding, Don Bosco Radio reported.
 
The Director advised students to continue revising seriously to succeed in the first term exams.
 
Form one student Delenge Ramandan said the first exams subject was simple, but success would be a night mare since most learners spent much time on cultivation as the rainy season intensified in the state.
 
He urged his colleagues to prepare very well and balance academic and domestic tasks effectively for better results.
