Tombura-Yambio Catholic Bishop conveyed his Easter message on Friday, calling for peace, obedience, prayerfulness and good listening to God’s messengers.
Bishop Barani Hiiboro Kussala urged the nation to stop stubbornness and listen to the voice of God, Anisa Radio reported.
He added that the conscience of South Sudanese should be considered, building and consolidation of peace should be made by citizens themselves.
The bishop wondered what delays peace talks to yield and why there is continuous violation of truce pact.
Bishop Hiiboro appealed for effective efforts to support displaced persons and refugees during the rainy season.
