Equatoria Governors on Friday returned home after attending Equatoria Student Union Conference in Kampala, Uganda.
Western Equatoria Governor Bangasi Joseph Bakosoro delegated state Education Minister Pia Philip Michael to join Eastern Equatoria Governor Louis Lobong Lojore and Central Equatoria Governor Clement Wani Konga during the conference, Anisa Radio reported.
The Minister said they briefed the students about the ongoing crisis in South Sudan and discussed with them issues of good governance and unity.
Mr Philip told the students that ‘we support and stand with the elected government of the Republic of South Sudan’.
The Conference resolved to open Equatoria University with Faculties in all three States.
