Civil society condemns aggression, calls for self restrain

Yei Civil Society Organization Forum, Centre for Democracy and Development condemned the continuous aggression, calling on students to exercise self restrain.
 
The Forum’s Secretary General Dara Felix on Tuesday told the press that there was tribal aggression among students, Easter Radio reported.
 
He expressed civil societies’ concerns on high level of hatred, lack of forgiveness and increasing trauma among students.
 
The Secretary called on students to embrace the spirit of unity and live as one people, with one vision for one nation.
 
Mr Felix called on Yei River County and South Sudan residents to discourage tribal fighting and drop the aggression against each other.
 
He called on the government and SPLM/A in opposition to put the interest of people of South Sudan before theirs.
 
The Secretary General urged citizens to desist from the fighting to avoid more bloodshed.
