Western Equatoria Education Minister declared reopening of schools, urging every County Education Director to ensure every school complies with the general timetable.
Pia Philip Michael lamented that all primary schools’ syllabii that were not finished must be completed each term, adding that Primary Leaving Examinations would be conducted in November every year, Anisa Radio reported.
He appreciated all directors and managers for attending in persons a Disaster Risk Reduction workshop and advised them to be ready at any emergency situation.
The Disaster Risk Reduction workshop was organized by the Education Ministry funded by UNICEF comprised of 40 participants from ten Counties in the State.
