‘God’s word not rooted in some parts of South Sudan’

Episcopal Church of South Sudan and Sudan or ECSSS Pastor in Juba on Sunday said the word of God was not rooted in all parts of South Sudan.
 
Abu Waki said there were a lot of killings, disappointment and tribalism among citizens because pastors did not do enough to preach God’s word.
 
He called on Christians to preach forgiveness, reconciliation to those who do not know God.
 
Rev Waki advised political leaders to resolve their disputes through dialogue to reach a peaceful solution.
 
He called on citizens to turn away from bad behaviours and forgiveness one another.
 
Rev Waki  stressed the need to believe in Jesus Christ, the prince of peace for South Sudan to be blessed.
 
He advised people to confess their sins to God to be forgiven.
