WES Government commits to peace

Western Equatoria Governor on Monday said the government was standing firm and committed to maintain peace in the state.
 
Bangasi Joseph Bakosoro told citizens at Ezo Freedom Square that the December 15 conflict was due to misunderstanding among SPLM members, Anisa Radio reported.
 
He said Western Equatoria supports peaceful dialogue to resolve the unrest in the country.
 
Governor Bakasoro urged everybody to embrace peace, avoid hatred and conflict in the state, calling on traditional leaders to stay away from politics.
 
The Governor who toured Ezo Centre, Baragu, Yangiri, Naandi and Diabio insisted on education for all and agriculture in Ezo County.
 
Ezo County Commissioner Muidie Albert welcomed and appreciated the Governor 
for visiting his people during difficult times.
