President Kiir to restructure institutions

The President of the Republic announced restructuring of government institutions.
 
Salva Kiir on Monday told the press of a plan to restructure government institutions including the army, law enforcement agencies, Judiciary and Anti-Corruption Commission, Bakhita Radio reported.
 
He said the ministries were no longer active as they used to be before the crisis and that he will find out the number of people who left their positions to be replaced.
 
The President also announced starting of preparations for elections.
 
He said preparations for national census should start to give room for the elections in 2015.
 
The President said all those behind the political crisis will face the law.
