South Sudan army admitted that the disarmament in Jonglei State was not peaceful.
SPLA SpokespersonColonel Philip Aguer Panyang on Friday said Jonglei disarmament was not peaceful because communities did render their arms freely.
He said the purpose of disarmament was to improve security in the country.
Colonel Aguersaid building of roads was one of the essential tools to improve security.
Lokali Ame Bullen representative for Twic East County State Legislative Assembly called for collective efforts to successful disarmament.
