Yei River County Establishment Officer urged job seekers to consult the Labour Office in case of misunderstandings on employment procedures.
Justin Duku Monowa told Easter Radio that job seekers needed to look for guidance to get work in a recognized manner, Easter Radio reported.
Mr Duku noted that some job seekers look for work with improper documents and complain when they failed to get work.
He called on non-governmental organizations to advertise vacancies, conduct interviews and shortlist successful candidates based on labour laws.
