Traders in Lutaya Market in Yei River County of Central Equatoria state requested Monday and Thursday to be selling days.
Victoria Nyoka, a seller in the market complained that one day was not enough better two days for operation because Lutaya Market operates only once a week, Easter Radio reported.
She complained of fluctuation and highly taxes and that they operate at lost because wholesalers affect their businesses.
Ms Nyoka explained that they sell one small mark of sugar at three South Sudanese Pounds while wholesalers attract all customers because they sell at five Pounds.
Majak Bol, a fish seller accused the County authority of levying heavy taxes on them.
He said transport cost a lot of money bringing their businesses down.
Mr Bol refused the proposal of making Monday and Thursday market operational days.
