The auxiliary bishop of the Catholic Archdiocese of Juba warned citizens against division in the country.

Santo Loku Pio in his homily on Sunday said the people in the country are divided on tribal, family and regional lines, Bakhita Radio reported.

He cautioned that  division has a diverse negative impact on citizens and that nobody feel like to tell fellow brother’s and sister’s bad deeds in the country.

Bishop Loku said authorities do not respect the graveyard but leased it out to investors to build stores for business products.

He said those buried at the graveyard died for the cause of liberation of South Sudan and the independence people now enjoy.

The Catholic prelate appealed to citizens and national authorities to respect souls of those buried at the graveyard.

Bishop Loku called on South Sudanese citizens to forget the past and love one another.
